How brilliant is this little craft?!? Quirky and pretty at the same time! DIY instructions are on craftershock and look simple enough for an experienced do-it-yourselfer, although I can't claim to have tried this one myself. These hanging vases would be perfect at a summer picnic or even a casual garden wedding. If you try this project out let me know how it goes!

This looks great! When I was in France, I went to an amazing landscape arts exhibition (The Chaumont-sur-Loire International Garden Festival). One of the pieces used lightbulbs and flowers. It was lovely. Unfortunately, my camera battery died midway through my tour, but here's a link to a couple snapshots (I hope they work):

Ooooooo, I love these!!!! What a good idea! I'm going to start keeping dead bulbs. They will even have that hazy glass from the deadening!
