I love cute and funky aprons and think one would make a fantastic housewarming or hostess gift. Espcialy if you wrapped it up with a homebaked treat and some recipe cards! But, if I am going to be completely honest with you, I just really really want one for myself! I have two aprons hanging in the closet but they're all on permanent loan to Captain and Chunk for whenever we decide to bake (which is often). So until I can convince Captain that it would be really cool if I made him a new apron that actually fit him, I am left covered with flour and egg after every cooking session.I can't decide whether I want a full apron or a hostess apron. A full apron is the more practical choice, but those little hostess apron are just so cute! I found some great choices on Etsy this weekend. One is reversable and one even converts from a full apron to a hostess apron! And the fabrics! I really adore the modern florals BellaBee uses! Lot of other fun little goodies in these shops so go take a look for yourself (by the way, my birthday is next week. You know..... in case you are looking for ideas...).

I don't even own a proper apron. The only one I have is one I snagged from the cop's prior days working at Chick-fil-A.
It's certainly better than nothing, but I hope to one day have some extra cash to get a cute full one!
